He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulva Cummings, and Johnny Cummings, Sr.; and his siblings, Florene McDaniel, Clifton and Tommy Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Haycraft Cummings; his children, Rhonda Meredith (Gary) of Bee Spring, David Cummings (Sheila) of Bowling Green and Donna Martin (Porter) of Smiths Grove; his grandchildren, Brett Meredith (Heather), Ryan Cummings (Jessica), Krista Stinson (Miles), Maci Davidson (Tanner) and Peyton Martin; his great grandchildren, Jackson Bley Meredith, Brooklyn, Camden, Adam Cummings, Mav, Jax Stinson, JoJo and Vinny Davidson; and his brother Bennie Cummings. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, neighbors, and countless friends.
