He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Lee Meredith; his children, John Meredith (Lori) of Chalybeate, Kathy Sasse (Jeff) of Bowling Green, Phyllis Forrester (Donald) of Bowling Green and Darla Sams of Woodburn; his grandchildren, Ashley Wilson (Josh), Katelyn Mosley (Tyler), Megan Meredith, Lauren Nickel (Dakota), Savannah Perkins (Chris), Austin, Dalton and Jackson Sasse; his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Corbin Wilson, Charlotte and Caroline Mosley; and his siblings, Kenneth Meredith, Bobbie Jo Meredith (Sue), Larry Meredith (Regina), Mike Meredith (Jackie) and Anna Mae Butler (Bobby). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
