He is survived by: his wife Carla Johnson Madison; his children, Paula Thomas (Dan) of Bowling Green, Wes Madison (Melissa) of Brownsville and Chris Madison (Kim) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Megan Klaine (Austin), Johnathan Rone (Anna), Alexander Madison (Rubi), Olivia Madison and Ian Madison; his great grandchildren, John "Jack" Klaine, Madeline Klaine, Taylor Rone, Virginia Klaine and Emberton Rone; and his siblings, Gertie Emma Hill (Mike), Anthony Madison (Pam) and Martha Nell York.
