He was predeceased by: his sons, Neal Spinks and Greg Lindsey. He is survived by: his children, Eagle Scout, Tony Spinks of Louisville, Tim Lindsey (Sherry) of Chalybeate and Rebecca Ann Boyk (Frank) of Sweeden. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
