It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Adkins Decker of Brownsville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Adkins, Sr. and Dorothy Louise Adkins; and her brother Frank Adkins. She is survived by: her husband Larry Decker; her children, Bill Decker (Stacie) of Chalybeate, Wayne Decker (Tim) of Smiths Grove and Kim Purcell of Smiths Grove; her grandchildren, Christian Decker, Cameron Decker (Grayson Sizemore), Abigail Purcell and Aidan Purcell; and her siblings, Fred Adkins of Bee Spring and Linda VanMeter (Sherbert) of Bee Spring. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
