He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Blair; his siblings, Gladys Lindsey and James Blair; and his half-siblings, Daymon Horton, Ernest Horton and Imajean Horton.
He is survived by: his brother Ervin Ray Blair of Brownsville; his half-siblings, Robert Horton of Oklahoma and Joyce Stivers of Cave City; his brother-in-law James Lindsey of Brownsville; and his nieces and nephews, Freddie Lindsey (Doris), Frankie Blair, Robert Lindsey (Joretta), Marilyn Simmons (Mike), Angela Blair and Amy Blanke (James).
