She is survived by: her children, Jamie Scott Glass of Wingfield and Amber Nicole "Nikki" Clark of Paducah; her siblings, Joan Norris, Bethel Eugene "Simon" Carmickle and Lawrence Earl "Larry" Carmickle; and her caregiver Ashley Wiestling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
