He was predeceased by: his parents, Berthel Browning and Callie Skaggs Browning; his sister Dean Renfro; and his brothers-in-law, Fred Renfro and Elba Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Browning (Audrey) of Chalybeate, Melissa Browning of Bowling Green and Heather Seward of Brownsville; and his sisters, Patricia Carroll and Vickie Vincent (Leslie). He is also survived by six grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
