He is survived by: his wife Jean Bledsoe Cooke; his sons, Ron Cooke (Lissa), Gary Cooke and Greg Cooke (Lesa); his grandchildren, Alisha Thompson (Windsor), Paige Cundiff, Zachary Cooke, Lydia Cooke, Christopher Snyder (Kourtney) and Tristan Snyder; his great grandchildren, Noah Witty, Aaron Witty, Hunter Cooke, Ivy Snyder and Ravin Snyder; and his sister Betty Shelton. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
