He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hubert and Dorothy McCale Agee; and his brother Gregory Agee. He is survived by: his wife Karen Taylor Agee; his children, Jeremy Agee (Melissa) of Brownsville, Brandon Browning (Patty) of Mammoth Cave, Hershel Agee (T. J.) of Brownsville, Kristen Jurisich (Ricky) of Brownsville, Chad Browning (Faith) of Brownsville, Jessica Woods (Brandon), Courtney Gerow (Paul), Christina Flynn and Madison Flynn; his niece Sansa Fan Agee; and his cousin Janet Jackson. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
