He was predeceased by: his parent Dallas Seward Decker, Sr.; and his siblings, Steve Decker, Marlene Decker Vincent and Ann Decker. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Mark Decker (Beth Bowie) of Hendersonville, TN and John Decker (Tammy) of Bethpage, TN; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Evan, Carson, Amelia and Wyatt Decker. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
