He was predeceased by: his father Robert Casey Harlan; and his grandparents, Lorenza, Jeanice Davis and Jane Yokley. He is survived by: his mother Denise Davis Johnson; his daughter Kennedy Voyles of Smiths Grove; his stepfather Timmy Johnson of Brownsville; his stepbrothers, Ryan Johnson (Teylor) of Brownsville, Kevin Johnson (Trisha) of Leitchfield and Michael Johnson (Hannah) of Smiths Grove; and his grandfather Otis Yokley of Bowling Green.
