He is survived by: his parents, Harlin Tarter and Reneva Hardin Tarter; his niece Madison Brooke Tarter of Lindseyville; and his aunts and uncles, Randy Hardin, Martha James, Levetta Runyon and Regina Daugherty (Eddie).
