She is survived by: her aunt Ora; her uncle Freddie Slaughter; her children, Susan Buono of Bowling Green, Jeff Houchins (Sheila) of Chalybeate and Jamie Sizemore (Toney) of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Nick Rich (Jamie) of Broadway, Kelly Ann Decker (Adam) of Caneyville, Grayson Sizemore (Cameron) of Chalybeate, Corbin Sizemore of Albuquerque and Hunter Houchins of Chalybeate; her great grandchild Cora Elizabeth Decker of Caneyville; and her brother James William Buckley of Simi Valley, California. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
