She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Thompson and Flossie Doyle Thompson Logsdon; her spouse Haskell Skaggs; her children, Neva Forschein and Phillip Skaggs; and her siblings, Merle Truman, Annie Edwards, Alice Schroeder and Arthur Thompson.
She is survived by: her son Mike Skaggs (Beanie) of Brownsville; her grandchildren, Sam Skaggs (LaNetta), Julie Skaggs Reed (Mike) and Aaron Skaggs; her great grandchildren, J. T. Skaggs, Samuel Skaggs, Luke Reed and Jake Reed; and her siblings-in-law, Cliff Schroeder, Jerry Skaggs, Ruby Meredith and Mary Skaggs.
