He was predeceased by: his daughter Pamela Collins of Ft Payne, AL.. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rudd Cortner; and his children, Cathy Cortner of Ft Payne, AL and Michael Cortner of Huntsville, AL.. He is also survived by his grandmother provided for his Mother and his two siblings.
