He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ware and Mary Ware (Case). He is survived by: his children, Steven Ware (Amy) of Independence, KY, Randy Ware (Christine) of Walton, KY and Heather Howe (Chad) of Piner, KY; his grandchildren, Steven Ware, III, Aaron Ware, Alexis Michels, Addison Ware, Matthew Ware, Robert Ware, Trenton Howe and Russell Burdette; and his sisters, Charleen Miller of Falmouth, KY and Karen Hutton of Charleston, SC.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
