He is survived by: his wife Debby Cooper (Lewis); his children, Kelly Mofford (Joe) of Upton, KY and Caleb Matthew Cooper (Stacy Plummer) of Brooksville, KY; his grandchildren, Ashley Rouster, Chase Cooper, RyAnn Cooper and Addison Cooper; his great grandchildren, Ronni Jolynn Mills, Jesse Mills and Hunter Cooper; and his sisters, Nancy Wolfe, Mae Purdy and Pearl England.
