He was predeceased by: his mother Ocie Margaret Sumner (Adkins); his wife Sherry Fagin; and his sister Cathy Hall. He is survived by: his father James Charles Sumner; his brother Rick Sumner of Foster, KY; his nephew Ricky Sumner; and his grandson Tristan Ballard.
