She was predeceased by: her son William Alexander Prather; and her brother Kenneth Downing. She is survived by: her husband Tom Prather; her children, Suzie Hamm (Rocky) of Germantown, KY, Marianne Knott (David) of Germantown, KY and Rosie Caraway of Washington Courthouse, OH.; her grandchildren, Bill Hamm (Tonya), Emma Knott, Alex Knott, Brady Knott, Gary Caraway and Tommy Caraway; her great grandchildren, Roklyn and Presley Hamm; her brother Donald Downing (Roberta); and her sister-in-law Margie Downing. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
