He is survived by: his wife Juanita Smith Carr; his sons, Michael E. Carr of Foster, KY, Danny L. Carr of Foster, KY and Guy E. Carr of Foster, KY; his grandchildren, David Carr, Chad Carr, Darryl Carr, Jamie Carr, Adair Lee, Joey Carr and Stacey Smith; and his sister Helen Mays of Falmouth, KY.. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
