She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wiseman and Ella Wiseman (Finney); her former husband Louis Clos, Jr.; her husband Paul Smith; her son James Clos; her daughter-in-law Judy Clos; and her siblings, Mable Edge, Gladys Shepherd, Frankie Estes, Sylvia Flannery, Georgia Tipton, Minnie Poer, Elizabeth Wiseman and Arnold Wiseman.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Clos (Sheila) of Germantown; her grandchildren, Chris Clos (Alanne), Andrew Clos (Ashley Clark) and Sarah Clos; and her great grandchild Addyson Clos.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore & Parker Funeral Home-Brooksville (41 Hackett Ridge Rd, Brooksville, KY 41004). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
