He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Kilburn (Paul) of Foster, KY, Tara Kollar (Cecil) of Corinth, KY and Jessica Jett (Tyler Freshcorn) of Mt. Olivet, KY; his grandchildren, Rebecca Helton (Chris), Jessica Kollar, Dominic Holder and Ryley Edwards; and his siblings, Jeannie Silvey of Mt. Olivet, KY, Linda Jett of Mt. Olivet, Earl Jett (Karen) of Hopkinsville, KY and Tommy Jett (Christine) of Aberdeen, OH..
