He was predeceased by: his father Ora Perkins; his brothers, Woodrow Perkins and Ora (Perkins); and his grandmother Weaver. He is survived by: his children, James Allen Perkins of Blue Ash, OH, Jeffrey Dale Perkins of Foster, KY and Jaime June Perkins of Dry Ridge, KY; and his grandsons, Scott Perkins, Seth Storer and Ross Storer.
