He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Bauer Maddox; his children, Rhonda Welch (Jake) of Maysville, KY, James "J. B." Maddox (Melissa) of Maysville, KY, Mark Maddox (Tasha) of Germantown, KY, Patrick "Pat" Maddox (Holly) of St. Paul, MN and Jacob "Jake" Maddox (Natasha) of Maysville, KY.; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Maddox, Krista Wheeler, Kyle Maddox, Katie Harrison, Olivia Harrison, Connor Maddox, Bryce Maddox, Lexi Maddox, Jackson Maddox, Dalton Maddox, Dylan Maddox and Jake Maddox. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
