She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Bravard and Myrtle Estep Bravard; her husband Claude Howard; her daughters, Sandra Meyers and Karen Sue Howard; and her siblings, Johnny Bravard, Loraine Brothers and Katherine Garrison.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Ray Howard (Lisa) of Cynthiana, KY, Barry Lynn Howard (Petra) of Nicholasville, KY, David Wayne Howard (Elaine) of Brooksville, KY and Claude "Junior" Howard (Kathy) of Brooksville, KY; and her siblings, Joe Bravard of Northern Kentucky, Agnes and Mable Redden of Hammersville, OH.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
