She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Welch and Etna Quinlin Welch; and her brothers, George and Samuel Jr.. She is survived by: her great-aunt Alice Quinlin Day; her nieces, Deborah Welch Wilson (Don), Joetta Welch Currie (Duncan), Pamela Welch Boyle (Brian) and Regina Welch Steinbeck (William); her nephew Samuel George Welch (Peggy); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kathryn Nicole Wilson, Andrew Coleman Wilson, Jackson Quinlin Currie, Elyse Boyle of Virginia, Hannah Brooke Boyle Young (William), Cassandra Lauren Welch, Amanda Renee Welch (Nathan Phillips), Jessica Taylor Welch and Jessica Carolyn Steinbeck; and also, Wren Louisa, Mac Howard, Samuel Ray Wilson, Stewart Anthony and Rose Quinlin Currie.
