He is survived by: his mother Dora Mae Johnson (Lewis) of Brooksville; his children, Aleah Johnson of Brooksville and Hunter Johnson of Brooksville; and his siblings, Sylvia Riley of Cynthiana, KY, Charlene Bevins (Kenny) of Vanceburg, KY, Erica Chapman of Owingsville, KY and Clyde "C. J." Johnson (April) of Brooksville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
