He is survived by: his parents, David Clos (Vicki) of Brooksville and Rita Thompson Clos of Brooksville; his sons, Orion, Hunter and Bryceson; the mother of his children Sarah; his siblings, Marc T. Clos (Tonya) of Brooksville and Jami Black (Karl) of Maysville; his nieces, Madisyn Clos and Maelyn Clos; his nephew Anthony Hensley; his grandmother Georgia Lou Thompson; and his close friend Caleb Cooper. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
