He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Lynn Smith and Ida Marie Fugate; his siblings, Shannon Dawn Smith of Brooksville, Kendra Thorpe, Travis Thorpe and Jonathan Thorpe; and his pet Elmo. He is also survived by numerous other friends and relatives.
