She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Milton Barnes and Vada Jennett Barnes Culp; her son Henry Barnes Moorhead; and her siblings, Inez Deane Fields, Christine Fralix, Lela Brough, Loraine Moreland, Mildred Woodward, A. J. Barnes and Harry Milton Barnes.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Moorhead; her children, Dr. William J (Moorhead) and Millie Woolwine (Mike) of Ft. Wright, KY; her grandsons, Ben Woolwine of Independence, KY and Bobby Woolwine (Audra) of Crestview Hills, KY; and her great grandchildren, Jack Woolwine and Nora Woolwine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brooksville Methodist Church or Milford Christian Church.
