She was predeceased by: her father Wilbur E. Cummins. She is survived by: her husband Lanny Jett; her daughters, Sonja Rees (Jeff) of Brooksville, KY. and Tina Jefferson (R. T.) of Brooksville, KY.; her grandchildren, Justin Rees (Brittany), Whitney Hargett (Trevor), Lauren Blevins (Tommy), Tyler Jefferson and Cassidy Raymer (Brett); her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Kaden, Ashby Rees, Layton Hargett, Claire and Myles Blevins; her brothers, Russell Dale "Butch" Cummins (Lois) of Brooksville, KY, Jerry Cummins of Nicholasville, KY and Danny Cummins (Kathy) of Troup, TX; and her sister-in-law Glenna Garrett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to Concord United Methodist Church or Hospice of Hope.
