He was predeceased by: his parents, Caleb Goins and Ida Patrick Goins; and his wife Gloria. He is survived by: his children, Tina Faul (Donnie) of Brooksville, Lucinda Tilton (Harry) of Brooksville, Clarence Goins, Jr. of Brooksville and Rebecca Blum (Richard) of Brooksville; and his grandsons, Brandon, Chevy, Caleb, Jonathan, Shane and Charlie. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
