She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Nickerson Frederick; and her brother Junior Frederick. She is survived by: her father Lebus Frederick of Mt. Olivet, KY; her husband Jackie Wayne Moore, Jr.; her sons, Jarett Moore (Kelsey) of Brooksville, Justin Moore (Lisa) of Mt. Olivet and Jesse Moore (Kristin Dalton) of Germantown; her grandchildren, Braylon Moore, Zaiden Moore, Lillian Buchanan, Swayze Buchanan, Maddie Moore, Rosabelle Moore, Karter Moore and Jazlynn Moore; and her siblings, Vicki Burton (David) of Muncie, IN, Carolyn French of Mt. Olivet, Patty Frederick of Mt. Olivet, Jessica French (Chad) of Brooksville, Cheyetta Abnee (Kain) of Carlisle, Ricky Frederick (Patty) of Mt. Olivet, Timmy Frederick of Jackson, KY and Lloyd Frederick.
