He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Adrian; his wife Dorothy Clos Bauer; his sons, Chris Bauer (Jennifer) of Minerva and Kevin Bauer (Kristi) of Morehead, KY.; his grandchildren, Lauren, Brennan, Aaron, Baylen, Cameron and Bria Bauer; and his siblings, Bill Bauer (Brenda), Elaine Douglas (Rick) and Anita Ellen "Sis" Dodson (Tim).
