He is survived by: his children, Teresa Sapp of Ewing, Thomas'Bo' and Patricia Riley of Ashland; his grandson Sean (Kara Sapp) of Lexington; his sisters, Betty Tharp of Phoenix and Janet Itanen of Stark; and his niece Shelly Anderson of Phoenix.
