He was predeceased by : his daughter Cheryl Baker; his parents, Hamlet Edgar and Minnie Rean Viers Croan; and his siblings, Clarence Lee Croan (CL), Mary Helen Etherton and Roger Croan (Nuke).

He is survived by : his sisters, Kathleen Skaggs, Agnes Croan Summers and Linda Croan DeVries; his daughters, Vicki Croan, Kay Pickett and Mona Croan-Costin; his grandchildren, Ashley Baker, Samantha Donohue and Taylor Pickett; and his great grandchildren, Elise and Sydney Baker.
