She is survived by: her children, Michael Cooksey (Debbie), Sherry Baki-Hashemi (Saeid), Teresa Cooksey and Michele Cooksey (Mary). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters; and 2 brothers.
