He is survived by: his wife Alesia Whittington; his children, Richard Whittington II, Brittany Johnston, Joshua Whittington and Jonathan Whittington; his grandchildren, Alexis, Hayleigh, Madison, Noah and Lydia; his siblings, John Whittington (Kimberly), Robert, David, Donald Tobias and Julia Wright; and his aunt Patricia Bailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and cousins.
