He is survived by: his children, Theresa Perdue (William) of Adolphus, KY, Sharon Fox (Mark) of Brooks, KY, Donna JoAnn Young (Robert) of Lebanon Junction, Suzan Shannon (Randy) of Webster, KY, Carla Smith of Louisville and Donald Klapper of Interlachen, FL; and his sister Audrey Fox (Louis) of Brooks. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; along with many other family members and friends.
