He was predeceased by: his brother Kyle Poynter; and his grandparents, Sullivan and Juanita Poynter. He is survived by: his parents, Chuck Poynter and Beverly Givens (Jim); his children, Kylie, Kaden and Camren; his siblings, Kimberly Poynter, Tisha Pineda (Juan), John Taylor, Kelly Taylor and Kristopher Taylor (Felicia); and his nieces and nephews, Brittany, Ashley, Autumn, Tyler of Kenneth, K. T, Kaleb and Aidan.
