He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Scott and Hattie Hanover Scott; his wife Mattie B. Curry Scott; and his son-in-law Steve Portman. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Hoback (Danny), Kathy Riggle (Donald), Faith Portman, Randall Scott (Cindy) and James Scott (Stephanie). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
