He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert and Dovie Thelma Belcher; and his granddaughter Melissa. He is survived by: his sons, John Thomas Belcher III (Debra), Martin Wayne Belcher (Theresa) and Jason Thomas Belcher; and his grandchildren, John, Stacy, Jamie, Martin and Kelly. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
