She is survived by: her parents, Orel and Ruth (Hundley); her husband Johnnie O. Wells; her children, Tracy Wells, Stacy Harley (Wayne) and Sandra Smith (Roy Jr.); her siblings, Rick Israel (Bonnie), Sue Maderic and Linda McGoon (Doug); her granddaughters, Candace N. Smith, Angie Hammond (John) and Beth Langford (Chris); and also, Doug, June and Josiah Lutes. She is also survived by extended family and friends; mom and dad.
