With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Thomas Cook Jr. (Brooks, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 28, 2019 at the age of 54. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Thomas Cook, Sr. and Della Lacefield (Bowen); and his brother Jeremy Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Vicky Stone (Scott Hardesty), Ricky Hill, Frank Gardner and Jericho Cook (Jennifer Cecil); and his nieces and nephews, Gregory Stone, Daniel Stone, Shawn Hardesty, Brooke Hill, Alexis Hill, Priscilla Cook and Amanda Bloomer.
