He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerry Thomas Cook, Sr. and Della Lacefield (Bowen); and his brother Jeremy Cook. He is survived by : his siblings, Vicky Stone (Scott Hardesty), Ricky Hill, Frank Gardner and Jericho Cook (Jennifer Cecil); and his nieces and nephews, Gregory Stone, Daniel Stone, Shawn Hardesty, Brooke Hill, Alexis Hill, Priscilla Cook and Amanda Bloomer.
