He was predeceased by : his parents, Ludy Cherwak and Mary Herrian Cherwak; his wife Mary Jane Cherwak; his son Larry Cherwak; and his brothers, Ludy, Dick and Jack Cherwak.
He is survived by : his children, Suzy Cherwak-Robinson (Ron), Debbie Harman (George), Becky Cherwak and Joe Cherwak (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Bethany Maynard (Paul), Katie Harman (Joe), Spencer Harman, Kenny French (Dianna), Blake McClure, Amber Gish and Aiden Cherwak.
