Miller; his children, Brittany Boezeman (Brett) and Jon Miller (Cassie); his stepdaughters, Dawn Manor and Christina Callaway; his grandchildren, Rylie, Trenton Boezeman, Layna, Kaia and Paxton Miller; and his siblings, Brad Miller, Leah Ann Richmer (Mike), Tracy Denton (Robert) and Donna Atwood (Ronnie).
