He was predeceased by : his wife Jo Ann Pearl Mills; his parents, Willy Bledsoe and Christine Bledsoe; and his sister Ruth Phillips. He is survived by : his children, Stacey (Debbie), Tracey Mills (Marlene) and Christie Hughes (Doug); his grandchildren, Steven (Kandace), Paige, Shelby (Evan), Tim, Zack (Autumn), Lauren (Kyle) and Taylor (Katelyn); his great grandchildren, Caden, Jordan, Jaxxon, Arabella, Ellie, Zoey, Alice, Lilly, Ryleigh, Pipper, Gracie and Kaylee; and his sisters-in-law, Delma Pearl and Carlene Pearl.
