She is survived by : her husband Carl Phillips, Sr.; her children, Carl Phillips, Jr. (Katie) of Brooks and Catherine Phillips of Brooks; her parents, Ellis Smith and Myrtle Smith of Vine Grove; her siblings, Gail Douglas (Donnie) of Shepherdsville, Michelle Vessels (John) of Ekron and Kim Creek (Kelley) of Shepherdsville; and her grandchildren, Gunner, Anthony, Carlee and Bailee Phillips.
