It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jane Smith of Brooks, Kentucky, who passed away on August 23, 2017, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Jane Smith to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Carl Smith; and her son George Timothy Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Sohl (Ray) and John Michael Smith (Carolyn Sue); her grandchildren, Jake (Greta), Jessica (Jason) and Omar (Abigail); and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Drew.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
